We re looking for a Strategic Program Director who can bring strong leadership, structure, and execution excellence to global data programs.

Key Expectations:

• Started as a Developer, evolved as Project Manager, and progressed to Program Director with at least 4 years of experience as a Program Director in data-driven roles.
• Proven experience executing large-scale Data Programs, especially MDM Implementations and Global Data Platforms.
• Expertise in:
• Mastering the Data (MDM)
• Data Quality
• Data Transformation
• Data Governance
• Extremely detail-oriented, articulate, and an excellent communicator.
• Strong ability to navigate and operate within complex enterprise environments (e.g., CBRE).
• Balanced leadership presence with a hands-on delivery approach.
• Initial focus on Data Governance and Program Structuring for the first 3 months.
• Opportunity to lead all Global Data Programs upon successful completion of the initial phase.
