About the Role- We are seeking a Program Manager to support a large-scale, enterprise-wide AI initiative that will impact all internal employees and scale across the organization.
- This role requires strong foundational program management skills, hands-on experience leading AI programs, and experience in the financial services industry.
- You will manage day-to-day program operations, partner closely with a highly experienced Program Manager, and help drive Agile delivery using Azure DevOps (ADO), Scrum, and modern PM practices.
- This is a fully remote role with high visibility and significant influence over how AI capabilities are built and scaled across the business.
Work Environment- This position sits within a major AI program that will be implemented across the entire organization. The work is enterprise-level, cross-functional, and central to the company's future AI strategy.
- This role directly supports the scalability and maturity of AI initiatives across the organization. Improving efficiency and driving innovation in AI will help the company reduce operational costs and strengthen long-term impact.
What the Hiring Team Is Looking ForCandidates should clearly demonstrate:
Program Management Expertise- Clear roles such as Program Manager, Executive Program Manager, or Technical Program Manager
- End-to-end ownership of large, complex, multi-workstream programs
- Experience delivering enterprise-wide initiatives
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management
Agile Delivery & Tools- Hands-on use of Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Experience running Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Familiarity with dashboards and reporting tools
- Certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, or PMP (preferred but not required)
AI Experience- Direct work on AI, ML, or data-driven programs
- Experience supporting or scaling AI across business units
- Familiarity with AI frameworks or tooling
Financial Services Experience- Experience within banking, credit unions, fintech, or another regulated financial industry
- Understanding of compliance, security, risk, privacy, and audit requirements

Job Responsibilities- Support the execution of a large, high-visibility AI program

- Drive Agile delivery using ADO, Scrum, and related methodologies
- Coordinate across multiple business units to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
