About the Role

• We are seeking a Program Manager to support a large-scale, enterprise-wide AI initiative that will impact all internal employees and scale across the organization.
• This role requires strong foundational program management skills, hands-on experience leading AI programs, and experience in the financial services industry.
• You will manage day-to-day program operations, partner closely with a highly experienced Program Manager, and help drive Agile delivery using Azure DevOps (ADO), Scrum, and modern PM practices.
• This is a fully remote role with high visibility and significant influence over how AI capabilities are built and scaled across the business.

What the Hiring Team Is Looking For

Candidates should clearly demonstrate:

Program Management Expertise

• Clear roles such as Program Manager, Executive Program Manager, or Technical Program Manager
• End-to-end ownership of large, complex, multi-workstream programs
• Experience delivering enterprise-wide initiatives
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management

Agile Delivery & Tools

• Hands-on use of Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Experience running Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Familiarity with dashboards and reporting tools
• Certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, or PMP (preferred but not required)

AI Experience

• Direct work on AI, ML, or data-driven programs
• Experience supporting or scaling AI across business units
• Familiarity with AI frameworks or tooling

Financial Services Experience

• Experience within banking, credit unions, fintech, or another regulated financial industry
• Understanding of compliance, security, risk, privacy, and audit requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Support the execution of a large, high-visibility AI program
• Manage day-to-day program operations and collaborate closely with a tenured Program Manager
• Assist in building and scaling internal AI capabilities, with potential future member-facing applications
• Drive Agile delivery using ADO, Scrum, and related methodologies
• Coordinate across multiple business units to ensure alignment and successful delivery

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
