Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Systems Engineer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this contract to permanent role, you will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions to meet the dynamic needs of a rapidly growing healthcare organization. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing infrastructure and ensuring seamless scalability to support business operations.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable cloud-based and on-premise network solutions tailored to business requirements.
Manage and execute server migrations, network refreshes, and data/software migration projects.
Oversee the deployment and administration of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments.
Automate provisioning processes to streamline operations and enhance system efficiency.
Develop and evaluate innovative solutions to address evolving business needs while maintaining infrastructure reliability.
Ensure optimal functionality and security of Active Directory, SharePoint, and VMware systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Voice Over IP (VOIP) solutions into the IT ecosystem.
Conduct regular assessments of cloud services and databases to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud computing and enterprise systems.
Provide technical guidance and training to IT staff to enhance team capabilities.
Requirements
Strong expertise in cloud computing platforms such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
Comprehensive knowledge of Active Directory, SharePoint, and VMware.
Proficiency in managing and migrating Office 365 environments.
Skilled in database management and administration.
Hands-on experience with network design and implementation for both local and cloud-based systems.
Familiarity with automation tools and processes for provisioning and infrastructure management.
Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide effective solutions.
Solid understanding of VOIP technologies and integration into enterprise systems.
