Summary

Job Title: Workday Technical Architect Job ID: 26-00230 Location: Remote Duration: 5-Month Contract

Role Summary:

The Workday Technical Architect supports agency users of Workday HCM Phase I, including Recruiting, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, and Offboarding. The role partners with HR leadership to support system adoption, change management, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and optimize Workday HCM recruitment and hiring processes.
Partner with HR leaders and recruiters to improve business processes and compliance.
Provide change management, training insights, and user guidance.
Evaluate enhancement requests and troubleshoot system issues.
Develop communications and presentations to support system adoption.
Identify process improvements and support deployment of updates.

Required Experience & Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
10+ years of experience in HR processes, with focus on Talent Acquisition.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and best practices.
Experience bridging HR business needs with Workday digital solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications: Public sector experience.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $143.00-$153.00 per hour.
