Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments for the program/initiative and raise them when needed.
Establish program governance and lead key events at both work stream and program/initiative levels.
Continuously look for ways to improve how the program/initiative is performing using data to drive key decision making.

responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree / Undergraduate Degree or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience delivering complex technology solutions that span multiple teams/Business Units
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar Role.
- Solid understanding of and experience with software delivery practices, processes, and artifacts.
- Strong grasp of business context and product development techniques.
- Act as a self-starter, taking initiative to identify gaps, propose solutions, and ensure progress.
- Technology background strongly preferred; capacity for understanding and conveying technology concepts and solutions is required.
- Superb communication and people skills; can rapidly build trust, positively influence others at all levels of the organization, and drive teams towards realizing outcomes.
- An effective, facilitator; Able to brainstorm to generate solutions that address complex challenges and resolve roadblocks to accelerating value delivery.
- An intellectual curiosity, passion for developing skills, modeling a culture of continuous learning, sharing, and growth.
- Experience supporting adoption and consistent use of delivery enabling tools (e.g., Jira, Miro, Power BI).
qualifications:
Establish communication practices to share plans, coordinate roadmap adjustments, and provide insight into plans and progress.
Provide updates to leadership on status of program/initiative including progress, risks, challenges, achievements, and metrics.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with key collaborators including Product Owners, Product Area Leaders, Project Managers, Chapter Leaders/People Managers, Architects, and other Stakeholders to ensure dependencies are led, impediments are removed or escalated, and there is clarity into the work being done and how the program is performing.
Actively handle program initiation, execution, and close out, demonstrating Enterprise standard tools
Create and update program and workstream artifacts as needed.
