Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Informatica MDM Developer with strong hands-on experience in building, configuring, and supporting Informatica MDM (C360 / S360) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the MDM Hub, Match & Merge, and provisioning, along with hands-on experience in AVOS, Java, and/or IICS. This role requires both technical depth and the ability to lead development efforts in enterprise-scale MDM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Informatica MDM (C360 / S360) solutions.

• Work independently on Informatica MDM Hub Console, including model configuration and administration.

• Implement and maintain Match & Merge rules, survivorship, and data standardization processes.

• Develop and support MDM integrations using AVOS and/or Java.

• Build and manage data integrations using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).

• Support provisioning processes and downstream system integrations.

• Perform MDM data analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

• Lead and mentor MDM developers; provide technical guidance and best practices.

• Participate in deployment activities across environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD).

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into MDM solutions.

• Support production issues and ongoing enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Informatica MDM.

• Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (C360 / S360).

• Strong expertise in MDM Hub Console, Match & Merge, survivorship, and provisioning.

• Hands-on experience with AVOS and/or Java for MDM integrations.

• Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).

• Strong understanding of MDM architecture and data governance concepts.

• Proven experience leading development teams and supporting deployments.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
