We are looking for Senior Scrum Master to support the Transformation Programs by driving Agile delivery, enabling high-performing teams, and ensuring release-level outcomes across specifications, design, testing, demos, and release execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure effective sprint execution.
Drive completion of daily deliverables: specifications, design, testing, demos, and release plans.
Remove functional and technical impediments to maintain delivery flow.
Identify, track, and resolve functional and technical impediments affecting release execution.
Align with Product Leadership on priorities, goals, and release outcomes.
Ensure release plans and deliverables are completed on schedule and meet business objectives.
Provide clear progress reporting and promote Agile best practices.
Drive cross-team collaboration to improve processes, reduce risks, and enhance throughput.
Foster a collaborative, transparent, and accountable team environment.
Required Skills
Strong experience serving as a Scrum Master for transformation or enterprise-scale implementation programs.
Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks, ceremonies, artifacts, and team coaching techniques.
Ability to manage release-level planning, execution, and tracking.
Hands-on experience in preparing and validating specification documents, design workflows, and testing outcomes.
Strong facilitation skills for daily collaboration, stakeholder meetings, and demo presentations.
Proven capability in identifying technical/functional blockers and driving timely resolution.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical skills to track progress, interpret metrics, and ensure delivery of release objectives.
Understanding of product leadership alignment, value realization, and Agile governance.
Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills ability to guide discussions, mediate conflicts, and maintain team alignment.
Team collaboration mindset - build trust, encourage participation, and drive shared ownership.
Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve delivery blockers.
Agile/Scrum Certifications preferred.
