Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Reports Developer with strong expertise in the Oracle Incentive Compensation (IC) module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex Oracle Reports that support incentive calculations, commission processing, and compensation analytics. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate compensation requirements into accurate, scalable reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Reports (RDF) to support the Incentive Compensation (IC) module
• Develop reports for commissions, bonuses, incentive payouts, and adjustments
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical reporting specifications
• Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries for reporting and data extraction
• Support IC cycle processing, validation, and reconciliation of compensation data
• Troubleshoot and resolve report performance and data accuracy issues
• Work closely with functional teams, finance, and compensation stakeholders
• Support enhancements, fixes, and production deployments
• Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Reports Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation (IC) module
• Expertise in Oracle Reports Builder (RDF)
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), especially OTL/OM/AR/GL integration (preferred)
• Ability to understand complex compensation plans and commission structures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle BI Publisher (plus)
• Knowledge of Oracle Advanced Pricing or Sales Compensation
• Prior experience in financial or incentive-based reporting environments
• Experience supporting month-end / quarter-end incentive cycles
