Position Overview

Seeking an Oracle Financial Specialist Senior to lead, support, maintain, and enhance the Oracle R12 Financial Management System (FMS). The role focuses on technical leadership, system integrations with Workday ERP, report development, and ongoing system enhancements across multiple Oracle EBS financial modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance Oracle R12 Financial Management System (FMS)
• Work with Workday HCM/Payroll and Financial Integration teams on data mapping and integrations
• Develop and maintain Bridge Integrations between Oracle FMS and Workday ERP
• Develop new Oracle FMS reports and update existing reports related to integrations
• Assist internal IT teams with support issues and development activities
• Prepare project plans, estimates, milestones, test plans, and defect tracking documentation
• Perform performance tuning, gap fixes, customizations, and enhancements
• Conduct unit testing and coordinate system and integration testing with users
• Coordinate issue resolution and escalations
• Work with Oracle support on service requests, bugs, and patches
• Coordinate with DBAs and internal technical teams
• Provide weekly project and deliverables status reporting
• Support implementation and rollout of FMS projects
• Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle EBS solutions
• Document deployment plans, test results, and project deliverables
• Review project progress with management

Required Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of experience
• Role balance: 60% Technical and 40% Functional
• Strong experience with Procure-to-Pay modules and General Ledger including Subledger Accounting (SLA)
• Experience with Oracle Grants/Projects and integration with Purchasing, Payables, and OTL
• Working knowledge of Oracle HRMS and Oracle Time and Labor
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x architecture and technology stack
