Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Testing Lead to lead and manage all testing activities for Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP deployments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Cloud testing, including test strategy definition, test automation, integration testing, data validation, and go-live readiness. This role will work closely with functional, technical, integration, and business teams to ensure high-quality, defect-free ERP deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Planning

Define and own the overall test strategy, approach, and governance for Oracle Fusion ERP deployments.
Develop and maintain test plans, schedules, and test execution frameworks across project phases.
Identify testing scope, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Test Execution & Management

Lead and manage SIT, Integration Testing, UAT support, Regression Testing, and Production Validation.
Coordinate testing activities across Finance, SCM, HCM, and Technical components.
Ensure thorough testing of Oracle Cloud configurations, extensions, integrations, and reports.
Validate end-to-end business processes and cross-module flows.

Technical & Integration Testing

Lead testing for Oracle Cloud integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations).
Validate inbound/outbound integrations with third-party and legacy systems.
Ensure testing coverage for PaaS extensions, BI Publisher reports, OTBI, Fast Formulas, and workflows.

Automation & Tools

Drive test automation strategy using tools such as OATS, Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, or similar.
Identify regression test candidates and ensure reusable automation assets.
Manage test execution using ALM / Jira / Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Defect & Quality Management

Oversee defect management lifecycle, including triage, prioritization, tracking, and closure.
Collaborate with development and functional teams to ensure timely resolution of defects.
Provide regular test status, defect metrics, and quality dashboards to stakeholders.

Data & Cutover Validation

Coordinate testing related to data migration, reconciliation, and validation.
Support cutover, go-live readiness, and production validation activities.
Ensure test sign-offs and quality gates are met before deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP testing.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HCM – any combination).
Experience leading technical and integration testing in Oracle Cloud environments.
Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps).
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, integrations, and PaaS services.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud migration testing.
Oracle Cloud / ERP certifications.
Experience in large-scale, global ERP transformation programs.
Knowledge of security testing, role-based access testing, and compliance validation.

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple testing cycles under tight deadlines.
