Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Integration Lead to design, lead, and deliver integrations for Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP deployments. The role will own the end-to-end integration architecture, development, testing, and deployment of integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and third-party or legacy systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Architecture & Design
- Define and own the integration strategy and architecture for Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP.
- Design integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based interfaces (FBDI/ADFDI).
- Establish integration standards, patterns, and best practices.
Integration Development & Delivery
- Lead development of inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud and external systems.
- Oversee integrations across Finance, SCM, and HCM modules.
- Ensure integrations support real-time, near real-time, and batch processing requirements.
Technical Leadership & Coordination
- Provide technical leadership to onshore/offshore integration teams.
- Collaborate closely with functional leads, data migration teams, testing teams, and deployment leads.
- Review designs, code, and configurations to ensure quality and compliance.
Testing & Deployment
- Support integration testing (SIT), end-to-end testing, and UAT.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and drive root-cause resolution.
- Support cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.
Security, Monitoring & Performance
- Ensure integration solutions comply with security, authentication, and data privacy standards.
- Configure and manage integration monitoring, error handling, and alerting.
- Optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP integrations.
- Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Proficiency with REST/SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and file-based integrations.
- Experience integrating Oracle ERP Cloud with third-party, SaaS, and legacy systems.
- Solid understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud architecture.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing complex integration landscapes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud migration integrations.
- Knowledge of OCI services, VBCS, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
- Oracle Cloud / OIC certifications.
- Experience in global, multi-instance ERP rollouts.
