NTT DATA currently seeks a Data and Operations Analytics Manager to join our team for a temp to hire, remote role in North Carolina.
Position Summary:
Seeking a Manager, Data and Operational Analytics to lead data architecture and operational analytics initiatives. This role is central to advancing the mission to improve the health and quality of life of all North Carolinians by strengthening community-based healthcare delivery systems. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in data architecture and management, vendor and customer relations, and a deep understanding of healthcare data and emerging industry standards.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the value-based care vendor to ensure platform data meets business needs and quality standards. Lead the design, development, and implementation of analyses, insights, and products to support these requirements.
- Direct ongoing development of enterprise care management and payer-based analytics, including supplemental reporting to payers, data integrity oversight, dashboard design, customer engagement, and project management. Manage multiple phases of product design and rollout, and support provider representatives in effectively using analytics to improve care coordination.
- Partner with executive leadership and the value-based vendor to shape and implement the evolving product vision.
- Develop new and standardized clinical interfaces for ingesting EMR data using standards such as FHIR and HL7.
- Oversee team deliverables, ensure accuracy and prioritization of requests, and coordinate reporting to executives, business leads, and end users.
- Lead reviews of data integrity and coding issues, assessing impact on product quality and designing or delegating corrective actions.
- Collaborate across analytic teams on overlapping projects and responsibilities.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering continuous development, a positive work environment, and a culture of professional excellence.
- Provide effective leadership in recruitment, selection, retention, training, evaluation, compensation, and professional development.
- Ensure staff remain well trained and compliant with organizational and departmental policies, procedures, and goals.
- Promote a positive, diverse, and inclusive working environment built on trust.
- Apply standards consistently, transparently, and ethically across all staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals aligned with organizational priorities, and manage staff to meet deadlines and expectations.
- Partner with Finance, HR, and other departments to develop resource-allocation strategies that support program outcomes and manage personnel costs.
- Use conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills to address issues in a timely manner.
- Mentor and coach staff to support growth and performance improvement.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Advanced degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, quantitative analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in an analytics/data analysis environment, including extensive work with healthcare data and reporting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a lead or senior analyst.
Preferences:
- Experience in data management, data operations, or data analysis in a cloud-based environment; exposure to Snowflake or AWS Redshift preferred.
- Experience building dashboards, preferably with Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong work ethic and demonstrated team-building and organizational leadership.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate at multiple organizational levels and engage internal and external partners to meet analytic needs.
- Willingness to be hands-on and to share knowledge with others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong critical-thinking, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($50 - $57/hourly). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
