Seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Information Services team and critical leadership for project functions within our Corporate and Marketing business channels. You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from proprietary claims systems and AI initiatives to enterprise-level platforms like Workday and Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Lead medium-to-large projects in a matrixed environment, maintaining project roadmaps and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Support and manage initiatives for cross-enterprise platforms, specifically Salesforce and Workday, as well as internal marketing and corporate systems.
- Proactively identify project risks and recommend corrective actions. Create and maintain detailed project records, artifacts (SOX compliance, internal reporting), and communication plans.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units. Present project status, tactical updates, and strategic insights to upper management and executive stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate outcomes. Ensure projects meet financial and project audit standards.
- Operate effectively within both Waterfall and Agile environments using tools like Azure DevOps and Smartsheet.
Qualifications
Targeting candidates with 3-7 years of progressive project management with experience managing Salesforce and/or Workday related initiatives.
Required
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, Word, etc.).P
Preferred
- Prior experience in the Insurance industry, particularly with exposure to financial and project audits.
- Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6-month contract period)
- Location: Minnetonka, MN OR San Antonio, TX (Onsite 5 days a week initially; hybrid flexibility after proven performance)
- Compensation: $50 - $55/hr Contract | $110,000 – $120,000 Conversion
