Summary

Location: Remote + 20% travel to PA (Expenses Covered)

Start: January 2nd, 2026

Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

Own the overall SF platform governance including upgrades, release management, permissions, and configuration standards.
Oversee cross-module consistency (EC, LMS, PMGM, Onboarding, Recruiting, etc.) and drive end-to-end architectural alignment.
Lead technical and functional integration discussions with downstream systems (SAP HCM, Payroll, BTP, third-party vendors).
Ensure data quality, security compliance (RBP), audit readiness, and system performance across all SF modules.
Manage tenant strategy (Preview/Production), regression testing, and impact assessment for quarterly releases.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, resolve escalated issues, and streamline workflows.
Guide SF consultants across modules and ensure adherence to platform standards.

Required Skills:

Strong multi-module SuccessFactors experience (EC + at least 2 other modules).
Experience managing large-scale SuccessFactors landscapes.
Strong knowledge of IAS/IPS, SSO, RBP, and integration patterns.
Prior SF Platform Lead or Architect experience preferred.
