ServicePoint is looking for a Senior CAD/BIM Engineer who can elevate our modeling, coordination, and technical execution for complex low-voltage and construction projects.

What You ll Do
- Develop, oversee, and refine detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings and highly coordinated BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
- Model pathways, cable routing, racks, devices, and structured cabling for integrated construction projects.
- Ensure all drawings are construction-ready and optimized for efficient field installation.
- Lead clash detection across structural, electrical, mechanical, and low-voltage system designs.
- Collaborate across trades to resolve conflicts and deliver clean, buildable solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of network, security, AV, access control, and fiber/copper systems within full-building models.
- Partner with project managers, estimators, engineers, and field technicians to align design intent with real-world conditions.
- Translate technical requirements into precise CAD/BIM deliverables.
- Maintain up-to-date drawings, version control, and milestone alignment.
- Establish and uphold BIM/CAD standards, templates, and workflows.
- Conduct QC reviews for constructability, internal accuracy, and compliance with ServicePoint standards.
- Recommend workflow and design improvements that enhance field execution and project efficiency.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of CAD/BIM experience in low-voltage, electrical, construction, or similar technical environments.
- Strong background supporting large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
- Experience acting as a lead or primary CAD/BIM resource on multi-discipline teams.
- Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
- Deep understanding of BIM workflows, discipline coordination, and clash detection.
- Knowledge of structured cabling, device layouts, pathways, and construction sequencing.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communicator who collaborates effectively with engineers and field teams.
- Capable of thriving in an onsite, fast-moving, construction-driven environment.
