Salesforce CRM Developer
6 month contract to hire (W2 ONLY, NO C-C)
Irving, TX (onsite 4 days a week - LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)
Seeking an energetic and talented Salesforce Developer to join our development teams in delivering high-quality software. The developer will work closely with program managers, product owners, and scrum teams to ensure that new features are prioritized and implemented properly.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform based on business requirements.
- Develop custom code using Apex, triggers, classes, and Lightning components.
- Create user-friendly interfaces using Lightning components and Lightning web components.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and migration through effective data management.
- Write unit tests, perform debugging, and maintain code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training.
- Stay updated with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices.
- Document solutions, configurations, and integrations for reference.
- Optimize performance and identify areas for process improvement.
- Adhere to security standards and data privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, including expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC, and other relevant technologies.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including custom applications and integrations with external systems.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, architecture, and security considerations.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, are highly desirable.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control tools like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Estimated Min Rate: $47.25
Estimated Max Rate: $67.50
