Salesforce Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a Salesforce Developer.

REQUIREMENTS:
Certifications (Highly Preferred):
* Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
* Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
* Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
* Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I (for LWC-heavy roles)

* 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
* Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL
* Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), OAuth, and integration patterns
* Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including governor limits and security
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX)
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to lead projects and work independently

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
