JOB DESCRIPTION

• A ServiceNow Tester SR is the lead in executing test activities supporting ServiceNow functionality based on business needs.
• This role works alongside the Test Manager and Developer to execute the lifecycle of test activities.

Responsibilities:

• In addition to complying with Capgemini's professionalism policies, the ServiceNow Developer is responsible for:
• Execution of Test activities
• Validating the ServiceNow Platform functionality following the test lifecycle
• Creating test plans, test cases, and test reports
• Executing ATF, Unit, System, and User Acceptance Testing

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
• Knowledge of testing methodologies used to support the ServiceNow Platform and functionalities
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) certification
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
• Certified Implementation Specialist certification in one of the OOTB ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, etc.)
• Experience utilizing the Agile/Scrum methodology to define and deliver development work
• ITIL V4 Foundation or above
• Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX
• Experience of one popular web framework - React, AngularJS
• Ability to develop web services such as Scripted REST APIs and Rest Messages
• Experience integrating to multiple data sources used to populate ServiceNow modules
• Experience with standard methodologies of software development - logging, unit testing (ATF), code reviews, etc
• Advanced scripting experience utilizing best practice formatting and comments in Script Includes, Business Rules, etc
• Experience with upgrades and skipped update remediation
• Excellent communication skills.
