As a Pega Lead Business Architect (Pega LBA), you will:
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Pega Business Architecture, Pega Business Analysis & Leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in Pega Platform / Pega PRPC.
- Should have professional experience as a Pega Lead Business Analyst / Business Architect (Pega LBA)
- Experience working as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, and/or Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Deep understanding of Pega Case Management, Decisioning, BPM concepts and workflow automation.
- Should have experience in Healthcare Claims.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe / Kanban).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile lifecycle management tools.

Pay Range*: $140K - $160K per year
