Role : Senior Project Manager (Data Management Focus)
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Mandatory Requirements
15+ years of experience as a Project Manager (Mandatory)
PMP Certification – Required
Experience managing enterprise-level system transition or modernization initiatives
Proven experience leading data-focused projects in regulated environments
Experience with Child Welfare Case Management Systems (Highly Preferred)
Key Focus: Data Management & Data Cleansing
The ideal candidate must have hands-on leadership experience with:
Data Assessment & Inventory
Evaluating legacy data sources and quality
Data Governance & Rules
Defining standards, ownership, and validation rules
Data Preparation for Migration
Supporting data cleansing and migration readiness
Compliance & Security
Ensuring alignment with federal, state, and CCWIS data requirements
Key Responsibilities
Plan, budget, track, and document all project activities
Coordinate with technology teams, program stakeholders, and vendors
Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
Monitor and manage staffing, resources, and dependencies
Ensure alignment with federal and state regulations
Facilitate collaboration to ensure readiness for the new case management system

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
Advanced interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation abilities
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
