Job Location: Austin, TX | 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Note – Need local. Candidate must have child welfare case management systems experience.

Description:

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. Join a high-impact environment where you will play a critical role in preparing the transition to a new enterprise case management system supporting child welfare and adult protection programs. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with technology teams, program leaders, and external partners to analyze current processes, review policies and practices, identify gaps, and ensure full readiness for the new system. You will oversee planning, budgeting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring alignment with federal and state regulations, including CCWIS data quality and confidentiality standards.

This role is essential to ensuring uninterrupted services for children and families, strengthening data quality, and building a secure, efficient foundation that supports improved decision-making and accessibility across client programs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the client in managing the overall transition effort to the new case management system
  • Review program processes, policies, and practices to determine system readiness
  • Identify project risks and issues, and develop effective mitigation strategies
  • Monitor and manage staffing, assignments, and resource allocation
  • Support data management and data cleansing activities required for system transition
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and tribal regulations related to data quality and confidentiality
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, and communication across all stakeholder groups
  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and planning sessions to ensure project alignment
  • Ensure uninterrupted service delivery to children and families throughout the transition

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8 years Experience leading enterprise-level projects and programs using industry best practices in project or program management
  • 5 years Experience working independently with limited direction, managing competing tasks and firm deadlines
  • 5 years Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, especially in data-related projects
  • 5 years Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, business leaders, and project staff
  • 5 years Advanced interpersonal skills; ability to build strong working relationships across all organizational levels
  • 5 years Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • 1 year Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • 4 years Experience working with child welfare case management systems
