Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP project delivery, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects (S/4HANA, ECC, or rollouts).

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality to ensure successful delivery.

• Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, etc.).

• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators.

• Define and manage project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting.

• Oversee cutover planning, data migration coordination, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and go-live activities.

• Ensure compliance with SAP Activate / ASAP methodology and PMO governance standards.

• Drive change management, communication plans, and user adoption strategies.

• Manage vendor performance, contracts, and deliverables.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
