We are looking for a dynamic Helpdesk Engineer 2 who shares our commitment and believes in the value of communication and client interaction. As a Helpdesk Engineer 2, you will:
- Work cross-functionally across clients' enterprises to troubleshoot, resolve and maintain their IT infrastructure;
- Help provide the engineering direction needed to connect and configure Microsoft servers on enterprise networks;
- Join our elite Professional Services team; and
- Implement Prescient Solutions' best practices.

Helpdesk Engineer 2 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports operational and technical functions at multiple client accounts;
- Evaluates customer generated requirements and works with the clients to ensure the implementation meets the clients' needs;
- Prepares operational and technical documentation; and
- Performs other duties and assists with special projects, as needed.
Requirements
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Server operating systems, Office 365, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server; and virtualization;
- Knowledge of security and networking;
- Willing to commute to multiple client sites in Chicago and surrounding suburbs; and
- Authorized to work for Any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
