Description:
**100% Remote**

The Level 4 Avature Consultant serves as a strategic technical expert responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing complex Avature solutions. This role ensures seamless platform functionality, compliance, and scalability to support enterprise talent acquisition and HR processes.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $80 - $90 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Advanced Configuration & Architecture
    • Design and implement custom portals, workflows, and wizards tailored to business needs.
    • Configure datasets, data models, and dependency analyzers to maintain system integrity.
    • Develop GDPR-compliant data privacy settings and security protocols.
  • System Administration & Security
    • Manage roles, permissions, and security profiles to control access and maintain compliance.
    • Oversee token management and integration security standards.
  • Integration & Data Management
    • Configure and maintain integrations using Avature Import Services and other APIs.
    • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across multiple systems.
  • Process Optimization
    • Analyze existing processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency and scalability.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor for advanced Avature capabilities and best practices.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Build advanced reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
    • Ensure data-driven decision-making through accurate and timely reporting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to align Avature configurations with business objectives.
    • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on advanced platform functionalities.


Experience Requirements:
  • Avature Level 4 Certification (Subject Matter Expert).
  • Proven experience in advanced Avature configuration and administration.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Expertise in system integrations, security management, and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


Education Requirements:
Bachelors preferred

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
