Position Summary...
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate React Native Developer to join our team and help build world-class mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React Native, a solid understanding of native mobile development, and hands-on experience with the full app lifecycle-from development to publishing on the App Store and Google Play.

What you'll do...

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native.
  • Own the end-to-end app lifecycle, including publishing, updates, and store compliance (App Store & Play Store).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and native modules as needed.
  • Implement and monitor analytics, Crashlytics, and performance metrics (CPU, battery usage).
  • Build and maintain functional automation tests using Appium or similar frameworks.
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Create clear and functional technical documentation and charts to communicate architecture and workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile technologies and trends.

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in mobile and desktop user experience development.
  • Strong expertise in React Native, with recent hands-on experience.
  • Solid understanding of native mobile development (iOS/Android) and ability to bridge native modules.
  • Experience in publishing apps to App Store and Play Store, including handling store requirements and updates.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS, Redux, and GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with front-end design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with Appium or other open-source automation frameworks.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple features and requirements concurrently.
  • Experience with cloud-native technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine passion for technology and continuous learning.

Nice to Have
  • Backend development experience in Java or Node.js.
  • Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C) is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
