Job Description:
An Amazon Connect development lead with "agent builder" capability is a senior technical expert responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced, AI-powered contact center solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Amazon Connect Expertise: Strong hands-on experience designing and building contact flows, managing routing profiles, queues, and security profiles.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, OpenAI) and integrating AI/Agentic AI solutions with contact center platforms.
- Cloud Development: Proficiency in AWS cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.) and programming skills in Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Development Practices: Familiarity with version control tools (GIT) and CI/CD practices (CloudFormation, Terraform).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex technical and operational issues.
