REQUIRED SKILLS	Core Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise:Deep knowledge of Service Now. Process Focus:Strong understanding of process improvement, automation, and lifecycle management. Problem-Solving:Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Security Mindset:Focus on securing endpoints against evolving threats.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Optimization:Engineer and refine processes for device provisioning, imaging, configuration (baselines), and retirement and disposal.
Lifecycle Management:Oversee device inventory,
Process Optimization:Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Data & Simulation:Use process simulations and interpret plant/lab data to evaluate performance and troubleshoot issues.
Documentation:Create and maintain technical documents, process flow diagrams (P&IDs), and best practice guidelines.
:Ensure processes meet safety standards and environmental regulations, creating safety guidelines.
Automation:Develop scripts and automated workflows for routine tasks, compliance checks, and incident response.
Policy & Standards:Align with technical standards, procedures, and documentation for IT support and end-users.
Collaboration:Work with suppliers, and support teams to ensure seamless operations and integration.
