Project Manager

The Project Manager key deliverables include, but are not limited to the following:

 Providing overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts.

 Attending and/or facilitating meetings with project stakeholder groups.

 Assembling project plans and teamwork assignments; directing and monitoring work efforts daily;

identifying resource needs; performing quality reviews; and escalating functional, quality, and timeline

issues appropriately to the Program Manager.

 Communicating effectively regarding all major project areas such as scope, risk, and resources.

 Possessing expertise in the business unit(s) they support, as well as an understanding of the IT

organization’s systems and capabilities.

 Working closely with management, other Project Managers, and the IT unit to ensure that the application

meets scope, requirements, and project management guidelines.

 Assisting with both internal and external resources to achieve business solutions within project guidelines.

 Identifying and eliminating obstacles to solution plans, business goals or implementation.

 Other duties as assigned.

The consultants  must live in Florida and be available to work in Tallahassee, Florida if required.
