Desktop Support – Dallas Area
On-going | On-site | Travel Required

This is a hands-on desktop support role for someone who likes being out in the field, fixing real problems, and helping people get back to work fast. You won’t be stuck at one desk all day; you’ll travel between locations as needed and be the go-to person when devices need attention.

Day to day, you’ll be working with iPads, Chromebooks, and imaging devices; troubleshooting issues, repairing or replacing hardware, and making sure everything is set up and working the way it should. If you enjoy variety, independence, and being the person people are glad to see walk through the door, this is a good fit.

Must-haves

• Hands-on experience supporting iPads and Chromebooks

• Experience with device imaging / setup

• Comfortable traveling between multiple locations

• Reliable personal transportation (required)

• Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-friendly attitude

This role is ideal for someone who likes staying active, doesn’t mind being mobile, and takes pride in keeping end users productive.
