Job Title: Mainframe VS Code Migration Lead Project Manager

Location:- Berkeley Heights, NJ(Onsite)

Duration:- Contract

Job Description:
Responsible for migrating mainframe developers from a green-screen/Broadcom environment to a server-hosted VS Code platform. The role will define and execute the migration plan, ensure developer adoption, provide real-time support, and manage environment upgrades and patches.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in mainframe development environments (z/OS)
Hands-on experience with Broadcom mainframe tools
Expertise in VS Code setup, configuration, and enterprise deployment
Experience with server-hosted development environments
Knowledge of mainframe debugging, testing, and development workflows
Ability to create migration and adoption plans for large developer teams
Strong troubleshooting and developer support skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
