Job Description:

• Participate in complex design and development projects leveraging deep expertise in Pega 7, Pega 8, and Pega 24, with a strong focus on customer service applications.
• Manage technical implementation to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.
• Apply Pega architecture, security frameworks, and service interfaces to build reliable and scalable solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications using standard requirement-gathering tools and methodologies.
• Design flexible, reusable, and maintainable systems.
• Provide development support and architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges during development and production.
• Monitor and optimize system performance continuously.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and production support teams to resolve defects and support end users, including emergency support when required.

Knowledge & Competencies:

• 8 10 years of hands-on experience with Pega 7, 8, and 24; CLSA certification preferred.
• Strong background in Pega-based application development or systems analysis.
• Familiarity with Selenium automation testing.
• Ability to understand and debug Spring Boot microservices.
• Proficiency in SQL, HTML, JavaScript, RDBMS, and web technologies.
• Experience with system performance monitoring and optimization.
• Strong expertise in configuring security protocols, especially OAuth 2.0.
• Proven experience in system analysis and software development.
• Ability to adapt priorities in a fast-changing environment.
