Role Overview
As a Salesforce Client Partner at Kasmo Digital, you will own strategic client relationships and drive revenue growth across Salesforce transformation programs. This is a full-time, onsite role based out of Kasmo s Plano, TX office, aligned to Central (CST) business hours.
You will act as the primary commercial owner for your accounts, working closely with Salesforce field teams, Kasmo solution architects, and delivery leadership to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and ensure successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
<>Client & Executive Relationship Ownership>
- Serve as the primary point of contact and commercial owner for assigned clients and prospects
- Build trusted relationships with executive, business, and technology stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, Salesforce landscapes, and transformation roadmaps
- Act as a strategic advisor guiding customers through Salesforce-enabled digital transformation initiatives
<>Sales & Revenue Growth>
- Own the full sales lifecycle: discovery, qualification, solutioning, pricing, negotiation, and closure
- Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within existing Kasmo client accounts
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Salesforce platforms, analytics, and AI services
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and deal governance
<>Salesforce & Partner Alignment>
- Partner closely with Salesforce account executives and partner teams on joint account planning and pursuits
- Represent Kasmo as a trusted Salesforce Summit Partner in customer engagements
- Support co-sell motions and Salesforce-led opportunities to drive mutual growth
<>Delivery & Internal Collaboration>
- Work closely with Kasmo technical and delivery teams to design outcome-driven Salesforce solutions
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery with clear scope, success criteria, and accountability
- Participate in regular account reviews to monitor delivery performance and customer satisfaction
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience selling Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds)
- Background with a Salesforce Summit Partner, systems integrator, or consulting firm
- Familiarity with analytics, AI/ML, and data engineering use cases
- Experience working in partner-driven or co-sell environments
