Telecommunications Analyst

* This is a 100% remote position with office visits as needed weekly. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to State guidelines.

* Interview Process: In Person or Online via Teams

* Remote or on-site: Candidates MUST be local to WI or willing to relocate at the candidate's expense prior to starting. This position is mostly remote but will require office visits as needed.

* Travel: In-state, day travel in State-owned vehicles is expected. Occasional long hours are possible, but limited. 

* Duration: 2-year contract with possibility for extension.

Introduction:

The Telecommunications Analyst will provide technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, focusing on telecommunications infrastructure management, deployment, and maintenance. This position requires expertise in networking, mobile, desk phones, and desktop technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Cisco infrastructure and endpoints
• Support Mitel VoIP PBX and ACD systems
• Manage telecommunications company accounts
• Provide smart phone support and manage AirWatch
• Handle Apple Business Management
• Manage video conferencing accounts

Requirements:

Required Skills & Years of Experience: 2 - 5 Years

• Experience in video conferencing infrastructure and endpoints management
• Knowledge of Unified Communications Systems (Webex, PBX, ACD, etc)
• Experience in mobile device support and management
• Understanding of Networking Concepts (CUBE, SBC, SIP, H323, VoIP, etc)

• Mitel
• Zoom
• AirWatch
• Apple Business Management
• Microsoft

Note: Candidates must be local to Wisconsin or willing to relocate at their own expense. This is a remote position with occasional in-person office visits. Travel may be required within the state.
