Business Data Analyst AWS Redshift

We are actively looking for experienced W2 resources with a strong mix of SQL, Amazon Redshift, AWS, ETL, and Business Analysis skills to support a high-impact data initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.

• Build, enhance, and maintain ETL pipelines using Amazon Redshift and AWS services.

• Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions within the AWS ecosystem.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

• Create clear documentation and reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and success.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SQL (performance tuning, stored procedures, functions).

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift and AWS services (S3, EC2, etc.).

• Solid understanding of ETL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.

• Strong Business Analysis and stakeholder communication skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Proven experience coordinating with customers and managing expectations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
