Job Title: Reltio MDM Consultant

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 12 Months

Role and Responsibilities:

• Work as Reltio MDM Senior Developer and SME to lead team consisting of support team members having skills Reltio, IDMC, Snowflake and Python.
• Provide hands on support to business users in onsite hours: hands on experience required on Reltio (Primary skill), IDMC (secondary skill) and Snowflake (secondary skill)
• Incident management: Prioritize, Initial analysis, suggest quick workarounds, detailed analysis, and work with support team members, communicate with upstream systems, communicate with downstream systems to bring incidents to closure.
• Estimate the work efforts for the new enhancements
• Work on minor enhancements (Build and Unit testing effort < 40 PH) and perform requirement analysis, design, document, build, testing and deployment.
• Create adhoc reports from MDM based on business requirements.
• Resolve issues related to all inbound and outbound MDM Production jobs and ETL Production jobs.
• Perform root cause analysis for any recurring issues.

Skills:

• Hands on experience required on Reltio (Primary skill), IDMC (secondary skill) and Snowflake (secondary skill), Python (secondary skill)
• Good knowledge of database and SQLs to support the outbound integration and adhoc report requests.
• At least five years direct experience in MDM design, development, support and operations with Reltio. The knowledge of Life Sciences will be a plus especially around Health Care Professionals.
• Knowledge of industry data source like Veeva OpenData and Medpro will be a plus.
• The candidate should have good knowledge of Reltio Product and different integration mechanism used with Reltio (batch and realtime). Complete Reltio configuration via both UI and through JSON, RDM, APIs, Workflows, Integration mechanism, data load, data publish.
• At least three (3) years of experience in Core Java and Advanced Java and Web Services.
• The candidate should be able to write the custom Java code to load, and process the JSON data files in Reltio, custom Java based code to do data validations and implement custom logic.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Expert level of technical knowledge on data architecture and data integration
• Exposure to and conceptual understanding of data integration tools and technologies
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional matrix environment
• Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audience
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
