Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Must be willing to work EST hours, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday).

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Warehousing

Establish and maintain a specialized Data Warehouse to collect, store, and organize sensitive HR information.
Ensure data consistency and integrity by implementing rigorous validation processes.
Develop automated workflows to ensure raw data is updated frequently without manual intervention.

Business Intelligence & Visualization

Design and implement an interactive Power BI Dashboard that tracks agency headcount, position counts, retention trends, and absenteeism.
Create ad hoc reporting capabilities that allow functional users to pull real-time data.
Focus on high-fidelity visualizations that provide actionable insights for agency leadership.

Collaboration & Training

Communicate effectively across functional areas to identify data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Train HR staff on dashboard usage and basic data management techniques.
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and agency data.
