Job Description:
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and technical specifications.
• Manage and support customer care-related platforms and applications.
• Configure and maintain systems including Phones, Chat, Chatbots, and AI Solutions.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver product enhancements.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and SDLC processes.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
• Balance multiple priorities while consistently meeting project deadlines.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Systems Analyst (BSA).
• 3+ years supporting customer care or contact center-related functions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring and managing:
• Phone Systems
• Chat Platforms
• Chatbots
• AI-Based Customer Solutions
• Experience with Amazon Connect, Genesys, or LivePerson is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
