To strengthen the activities of our team, we are looking for a full-time PROJECT MANAGER to provide logistics analyses and project implementation for luxury brand ecommerce platforms through re-platforming projects through client on-site assignments. Design and implement logistics best practices and develop complex omnichannel logistics capabilities for and between retail stores and e-commerce sites. Monitor warehouse daily logistics to ensure that high volume order & return flows are properly synchronized through all operational systems. Monitor orders managements logistics for failures in interfacing at warehouse level, cancellations, payments and returns issues due to IT issues. Direct, troubleshoot and optimize all logistics and operational aspects of the customer return and exchange process, including the logistics channel regarding the return of counterfeit items. Design and implement daily logistics quick checks at workstations. Closely monitor all logistics related client issues presented by customer service; advise Sr. Management on solutions to logistics related client issues. Optimize intercompany rebalancing orders between different network locations. Lead collaborative logistics related problem-solving efforts to improve quality of customer service and eliminate inefficient logistics processes. Monitor and reconcile Stock discrepancy management. Design and implement improved chargeback management protocols for high volume systems. Collaborate with operations teams and cross-functional to identify opportunities for logistics process improvement and improved customer satisfaction via logistics channels.
Requires : Master's degree in Engineering Management with a focus in Supply Chain and Logistics plus 3 years' experience that must have project management, operations and process improvement for supply chain and logistics. Must have strong project management skills including project planning, risk management, budgeting and the use of project management systems. Must have a complete understanding of Project Management frameworks such as Waterfall and Agile Scrum.
