seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office .
The role focuses on expanding and supporting a newly deployed Project Portfolio Management tool across the enterprise.
Responsibilities include leading proof of concepts , pilots, rollouts, and supporting decentralized PMOs in adopting portfolio, program, and agile management processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the definition, implementation, and delivery of portfolio, program, and/or agile management processes.
Configure and develop PPM business processes within the enterprise PPM tool.
Collaborate with the PPM tool development team throughout the SDLC lifecycle (requirements, testing, deployment).
Lead POC, pilot, and enterprise-wide rollout initiatives.
Support decentralized PMOs in replicating and scaling PPM processes.
Create and deliver role-based training, user guides, and tips & tricks.
Support governance committees responsible for assessing, approving, and prioritizing PPM capabilities.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 10 years of IT Project Management experience
Minimum 3 years of program, portfolio, or agile project management experience
Experience with:
- Software testing
- Training delivery
- User guide and documentation development
High proficiency in:
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Visio
- Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications:
- PMP
- PgMP
- PfMP
- Scrum
- SAFe
- ITIL
Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Experience working on the ServiceNow platform
