Role Title: Application Support Engineer
Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
Preferred Location: Denver or San Francisco onsite 3 days a week mandatory (Tu, Wed, Thur)
Role Description:
We're looking for someone who can work independently, learn our business processes quickly, and take a proactive, hands-on approach to solving complex application and data issues. The contractor should be strong in systems analysis and troubleshooting, with experience using Azure Application Insights (or comparable monitoring tools) and Redgate SQL tools. They should also be able to design and implement plans/processes that reduce downtime and help manage system/server load during peak usage or incident conditions.
