Summary

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers and QAs to translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
Support ServiceNow modules including (but not limited to) Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Case Management.
Act as a liaison between the business users and the technical team to ensure successful solution delivery.
Work closely with stakeholders based in the US, ensuring at least 4 hours of working overlap to facilitate meetings, requirement gathering sessions, and sprint planning.
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), develop test cases, and validate solutions before deployment.
Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.
Prepare documentation, process flows, and training materials as needed.
Provide regular status updates to leadership and project teams.
