Job Title: Scrum Master

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Charlotte NC

Payrate: $70.00 - 73.94/hr

Required Qualifications

3 - 5 years working with Jira or other industry standard Agile toolset

Confluence experience preferred

Microsoft Project experience nice to have

Scrum/Kanban master (CSM/PSM/SAFe) certification

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Will be expected to present to project leadership in a clear and concise manner on a regular basis

Proactive - Understands when to pick up the phone rather than wait for an email response

Technology Acumen - Able to comprehend and demonstrate command of technical work efforts

Experience working with Data Warehouse / Data Mart / Business Intelligence teams preferred

Prior bank experience is preferred, as enterprise change process must be followed

Project management (PMP) experience nice to have
