Location: Onsite - Louisville, KY
Key Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day administration of HRIS, LMS, and ATS platforms.
- Process daily user requests, such as account updates, access support, and data corrections.
- Provide production support to employees and HR teams via phone, email
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues and escalate as needed.
- Perform scheduled system activities, including mass data updates and routine audits.
- Maintain data consistency and integrity across all HR systems.
- Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Required Qualifications:- 1+ year of experience in HRIS, HR operations, HR support, or a related area.
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, LMS, or ATS preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused approach with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and service requests.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with data loads, mass updates, or system audits.
- Background in HR, IT support, or HR system administration.
- Exposure to system testing or troubleshooting workflows.
