SAP Basis Lead

Responsibilities
Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.
Manage system performance, ensuring optimal operation and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Oversee system upgrades, patches, and enhancement implementation processes.
Implement best practices for system administration and performance optimization.
Collaborate with functional teams to provide technical support for SAP applications.
Mentor and support junior team members in technical and operational matters.
Develop and maintain SAP Basis documentation, including architecture diagrams and procedural guidelines.
Requirements
Proven experience as an SAP Basis administrator or lead with a strong understanding of SAP landscape.
Deep knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and associated database technologies.
Experience with system installation, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
Strong analytical troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve SAP system issues.
Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux and Windows in relation to SAP.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and lead a team of technical professionals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
