We are hiring for SAP Basis Administration to support our client

Description

  • 10+ Years in SAP Basis
  • Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, PI/PO, etc.).
  • Manage client copies, system refreshes, transport management, performance tuning, and user administration.
  • Monitor system health, logs, and jobs to ensure optimal performance.

 

Cloud Knowledge

  • Support SAP systems hosted on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Understand concepts around VPCs, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and endpoint architecture for SAP workloads.
  • Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to ensure secure connectivity between on-prem and cloud.

 

Upgrades & Patching

  • Plan and execute system upgrades, enhancement packs, support packs, and kernel upgrades.
  • Ensure minimal downtime through effective cutover planning and system copies.
  • Conduct regression testing and validation post-upgrade.

 

SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

  • Support integration of BTP services with on-premise and cloud SAP systems.
  • Ensure security, connectivity, and performance of BTP-based applications.

 

Security & Compliance

  • Manage SAP authorizations, roles, and profiles.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards (IAM, SSO, certificates, GDPR, SOX, etc.).
  • Conduct audits and vulnerability assessments.

 

Operations & Support

  • Manage system monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Troubleshoot issues across SAP applications, DBs , and OS layers.
  • Collaborate with functional/technical teams for smooth operations.
