Job Description:
Join our dynamic team in Overland Park, KS, as a full-time leader responsible for managing multiple technology and business systems projects.
You will work closely with leadership to execute strategic initiatives using advanced technology tools, ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and deliver multiple complex projects under leadership direction.
Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders clearly.
Coordinate cross-team efforts for successful implementation and adoption.
Ensure project execution aligns with strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
3 years of experience in project management, handling technical projects from initiation to delivery.
Strong expertise in project management tools for execution and reporting.
Experience working in environments managed by a program manager or portfolio.
Proficient in facilitating Agile ceremonies and backlog management.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to drive accountability.
