Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data & Compliance Coordinator to support the Product Environmental Compliance (PEC) program. This role focuses on data mining, data extraction, data analysis, reporting, and organizing compliance documentation. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with spreadsheets and reports, and able to manage data from multiple sources while supporting compliance and supplier-related activities.

• Perform data mining and data extraction from internal systems and spreadsheets

• Analyze data and prepare regular reports and tracking documents

• Maintain and organize compliance-related documentation and records

• Reconcile data from multiple sources and identify inconsistencies

• Support data management activities related to environmental and regulatory compliance

• Assist with supplier data collection and follow-ups as needed

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data used for compliance reporting

• Communicate with cross-functional teams to support time-sensitive tasks and deadlines
