Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD – ShipERP Logistics Functional Consultant to support and enhance logistics and shipping processes within an SAP S/4HANA environment. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to design, configure, and support ShipERP integrations for end-to-end Order-to-Cash and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP S/4HANA SD & Logistics

Provide functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA SD (Sales & Distribution) module.
Support and optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including order management, delivery, billing, and shipping.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate logistics and shipping processes.
Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Transportation & Shipping Integration

Support shipping integration with SAP Transportation Management (TM) where applicable.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD deliveries and shipping execution.

ShipERP Functional Expertise

Configure and support ShipERP core functionalities, including:

Multi-carrier shipping integrations (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.).
Rate shopping, freight quoting, and carrier service selection.
Shipment creation, update, and cancellation within SAP.
Label printing and shipping document generation (BOL, Commercial Invoices, Packing Slips).
HAZMAT labeling and regulatory compliance.

Configure RF process integration and Track & Trace capabilities within SAP delivery transactions.
Troubleshoot shipping and logistics issues and provide production support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA SD module.
Proven experience with ShipERP integration and configuration.
Solid understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.
Experience with multi-carrier shipping solutions and freight management.
Familiarity with SAP TM integration is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in high-volume shipping or distribution environments.
Knowledge of compliance requirements including HAZMAT and international shipping.
Experience working in onsite, fast-paced enterprise environments.
