Key Responsibilities:
- Seeking a QA Engineer to test middleware and backend services for Phone Intelligence Enhancement.
- The role focuses on web services, automation, and integration testing.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: - Selenium, Java, Coding, REST/SOAP API
- SOAP & REST web services testing
- Selenium automation (advanced scripting)
- XML & JSON validation
- Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, execution, and defect management
- Backend and integration testing (upstream/downstream systems)
- Ability to create positive, negative, and data-driven test cases
- SQL expertise (complex queries, schema understanding)
- CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins or Litmus)
- Git source control basics
- Hands-on automation beyond record/playback
- Experience with TOSCA or Selenium
- Coding experience (any language; Java, C#, or Python preferred)
- Strong API testing experience
- Agile testing experience
- JIRA and ALM for test management
- RPA exposure
- 5 years in application development or production support
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, UNIX/Windows
- Hands-on with Autosys, MQ, MuleSoft
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve production outages under SLA
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
