AI/ML Lead Engineer

· Design and develop AI/ML solutions, with hands-on implementation across machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI.

· Evaluate tools, platforms, and frameworks (LLMs, agentic AI platforms, ML Ops solutions, cloud-native AI services) and provide recommendations based on business needs.

· Develop and deliver PoCs and prototypes to validate feasibility, performance, and business value.

· Work across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform to leverage data, analytics, and AI services.

· Conduct model experimentation, fine-tune LLMs, and evaluate AI models using standard metrics.

· Perform data exploration, preprocessing, and feature engineering to support AI/ML projects.

· Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise applications, APIs, and workflows.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Business) to translate business problems into technical solutions.

· Mentor junior developers and guide them in AI/ML development best practices.

· 8–12 years of professional experience in AI/ML development and solutioning.

· Proven experience building and deploying PoCs, prototypes, and production-ready AI solutions.

· Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, NLP/NLU, computer vision, and ML Ops.

· Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform AI/ML services.

· Strong knowledge of data pipelines, preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical concepts.

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work in fast-paced environments, switching between multiple tools and platforms as needed.
